Aerobic exercising can consist of anything from walking, jogging, running, dancing, bicycling, swimming, as well as many different types of sports and physical activities.

Anaerobic exercise is basically all activities or exercises that are not aerobic. Anaerobic exercises are simply designed to cover muscle mass. Lifting weights, resistance training and strength training are all considered anaerobic and good forms of exercising.
