Motivation Is All Around You

My left shoulder has been starting to act up over the last two weeks.  It's my rota-tor cuff which is something that has been causing problems for years now.  However, since I haven't been regularly working out over the last three years it really hasn't been causing problems, until now.  A couple nights ago it bothered me enough and kept me up tossing and turning for a couple of hours.

Good Bye To Summer and Hello To The Holidays!

Well, the end of summer has finally come.  Kids are officially back at school and now it is time to prepare for the fall season and eventually winter.  The past summer months have been very hot and dry with very little rain, which usually means the upcoming winter season will probably be cold with a lot of snow in the forecast.  Let's hope it stays in the mountains!

It's Great Having The Extra Support

Well, it is week number 8 of my weight loss journey and have found very little difficulty staying on track and making those wiser and healthier food choices.  During the last two months most of my time has been spent on making healthier choices in my life and learning new recipes or at least new ingredients to old recipes.  It's hard to believe that I can go grocery shopping with my wife and actually not have any cravings for many of the junk foods that we used to buy.
