It doesn't matter how well you plan things in your life, something almost always gets in your way or prevents you from moving in the right direction.  Maybe you run into a wall and just can't move any further with your plans or maybe you end up taking the wrong path that ends up creating set backs with your planning.  Trying to lose weight and running into these type of barriers in your life are sometimes common for many people.
